IT's that time of year again! It's VBS time! I'm not sure who looks forward more to Vacation Bible School...me or the kids! This year the twins are attending 3 (Yes, three!!!) Vacation Bible Schools. 2 of them are drop offs where the kids go for 3 hours in the morning while Weston and I run errands and get a lot done! Most of the pictures here are of our church's VBS where the whole family attends. Jason and took all 3 kids to VBS every day last week. The church serves dinner and we sit on a picnic blanket and eat together. This year some of our friends from the Twin Playgroup AND school attended with us Not only did the kids have a blast but the parents did too. It was nice to have some friends with us.
We learned about Hope and how much God loves us and has a purpose for our lives. The characters were pirates and princesses...if you know a pre-schooler, you know how much they loves pirates and princesses! Some of these pics are from the last night when the kids were encouraged to dress up like a prince or pirate. Brynlee was a beautiful princess...Jack was Spiderman. Go figure! =)
On Sunday (after church) we attended the VBS carnival. All the rides were free and I can promise you that the kids are already counting the days til the 2009 VBS Carnival!
