Okay, so its been almost 2 months since I blogged! It has been a busy time for us, as usual. Weston turned 1 on April 3rd! We had 2 great parties for him and needless to say, he LOVED the birthday cake! He ate vanilla cake with vanilla icing the 1st time and chocolate the 2nd time. He would live off cake if it were up to him. Sweet potatoes don't taste near as good anymore! =)
Jason's parents arrived on Weston's birtday so we really enjoyed having them here to celebrate. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooporate as it was 81 degrees when the Pinschenats arrived and it was about 40 degress when they left! They were amazed by all the snow...they should have been here in Feb for a lot of snow!
The twins are in a good phase right now. We thought we would never survive when they turned 3 but I guess they've adjusted to their new age because they are being so sweet right now. We'll see if they stay that way!
The kids' favorite thing to do is ride their tricycles. This sounds like fun til you've seen our driveway! It is pretty steep. In another blog I'll tell that story...needless to say it ends with blood, tears and bruises. No broken bones, thankfully =) Our street also has a small hill so they fly down the street but then we have to push them back up...we are getting a work out for sure.
