Amazing to think about but it has now been almost one year since we were blessed with the beginnings of a small group through our church, Upper Arlington Lutheran. We started as just 4 of us, 2 couples and it has now grown to 10 couples and a bazillion children between us. A year ago we met in homes and as you might guess, we have outgrown even the largest homes and we now meet at the church on Friday nights when childcare is offered. God has blessed us tremendously with a growing group of men and women who are seeking the Lord and desire to raise their children to love God. The picture above is of many of the children in our small group. We had a birthday party for Jesus which the kids loved. We made a cake for Jesus and sang to Him. We pray that God uses opportunites like that to help these little ones understand that God came to earth to live among us, die for us, and allow us to spend eternity with Him. Thanks to God for such a wonderful group of fellowship!
